On January 18th, 2012, the Reverend Doctor Jeffrey W. Stahl accepted the call to become our new pastor at Crossover Christian Fellowship. Jeff has lived in the Stockton area since 1989. He previously served as Associate Pastor, Youth at First Baptist Church, Stockton from 1989-1998 and Associate Pastor, Adults from 1998-2004.
Jeff served as an Area Director for Crown Financial Ministries from 2004-2008 teaching people God’s financial principles. Since 2008, Jeff has been teaching in public and private schools and is currently a 5th grade teacher at First Baptist Christian School in Stockton.
Jeff is a graduate of Redwood High School (Visalia, CA), 1986; California State University, Fresno, 1989; received his Master of Divinity Degree from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in 1991; and earned his Doctor of Ministry Degree (Golden Gate) in 1995.
Global ministry has always been part of Jeff’s call. He has served on short-term missions in Brazil, Bangladesh, Mexico, Alaska, and South Africa. He has traveled to Israel; worked with the Hopi Indians, and created the prototype for Crown Financial Ministries’ global campaign “Road to Financial Freedom” in 2005.
Jeff enjoys skiing and travel, and is a single dad with two daughters (15 and 10) and one son (13).
